Mission KR174 RTKn
Rated for 1.2 acres and 40% grade — that is 21.8°, not 40°. On a real lawn, once you allow for borders and travel paths, plan on about 0.96 acres.
What it handles
Two-wheel drive, which caps how steep it can work. That is a flat-to-gently-rolling rating — a real slope will stall it.
Navigation is satellite-based without vision or LiDAR, so heavy tree cover is a real risk — it loses its fix under canopy. It also needs the maker's own RTK network to reach your address; check coverage before buying.
If your ground is steeper
These are rated for a similar area but hold more grade than the Mission KR174 RTKn’s 40%.
